+ What’s your walk-in policy?

Walk-ins are welcome, but pre-registering is encouraged! We suggest downloading the MindBody app to make the process fast and easy (and to avoid being turned away at the door if a class fills up!).

+ How is Dance Fit Flow different from other studios?

Dance Fit Flow is a first-of-its-kind dance studio for adults only. From hip hop and tap to barre and ballet, every class is designed to strengthen, empower and challenge you – mind, body and spirit.

+ How old do you have to be to workout at Dance Fit Flow?

Guests must be 18 years or older to participate in classes at Dance Fit Flow.

+ I've never danced before, but I’d like to try! Will I fit in?

Absolutely! Dance Fit Flow was created to offer an opportunity for all adults to enjoy dance. Each instructor will greet you with a smile and encourage you to find your groove in class, and you’ll feel like the dancer you were always meant to be.
We recommend beginning with the Week of Unlimited to discover which type of class you like best. You can also check out our class recommendations for beginners below.

+ What are the best classes for beginners?

Look for classes labeled Beginner, Intro, or Open Level in the description. Dance fitness and cardio dance classes are a great place to start as these classes will have you moving, grooving and sweating without the need to remember lots of choreography. Of course, you’re welcome to try other classes as well. Your instructor will help modify steps that are unfamiliar to you.

+ What are some class recommendations for an experienced dancer?

Dance Fit Flow offers a variety of classes for the trained dancer to enjoy. Classes in Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, Hip Hop & Heels are offered at an Intermediate/Advanced level.

+ What shoes should I wear?

We recommend the following (depending on the class): tennis shoes, heels, booties, tap shoes, bare feet or jazz shoes. We’re not strict. Try a class before you decide what dance gear to invest in!

+ Is there parking?

Yes! Any parking spaces labeled DFF are for you to use any time! Avoid spaces labeled with letters other than DFF Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. – they’re designated for other businesses, and they will tow.

+ What’s your no-show policy?

Reserving a class but not attending or cancelling your reservation is considered a "no-show" and will result in the forfeiture of the class fee paid or a $10 fee assessed to your account. We understand an unexpected absence may occur, but please take care to update your class reservation to avoid a no-show fee. This is designed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty.
