Combining her Hatha education and personal practice, Kahla creates classes that allow you to move with intention and breath, while becoming more in tune with your body and mind. Each practice brings yogic philosophy into consideration and challenges you to apply it to the practice as well as in everyday life off the mat. Yogic magic happens in both places!
Kahla is a KC native, who enjoys traveling around the world and practicing yoga in exotic places. In Thailand, Kahla received her 200 HR Yoga Teacher certification in the Traditional Hatha Yoga lineage. Her studies focused on Asana practice, meditation, pranayama, anatomy and philosophy. In addition to Kahla's professional yoga instruction experience, Kahla has been dancing for over 20 years, including professionally for the Kansas City Chiefs.
